Nov. 16

Mark Lewis Paranto, 63, of Branford, was charged with interfering with an officer/resisting arrest.

Helmut Pazmino, 53, of Hamden, was charged with creating a public disturbance.

Nov. 17

Joseph Edward O'Keefe, 34, of Branford, was charged with first-degree stalking, violating a court order, second-degree reckless endangerment, second-degree harassment and violation of a protective order.

Justine Kilbride, 69, of Branford, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Nov. 19

Geovana Ripoll, 57, of Branford, was charged with disorderly conduct.
