Justin Daniel Keeney, 51, of Branford, was charged with criminal possession of a firearm.

Nicole Bahr, 40, of Wallingford, was charged with conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny.

Alexander D. Gavilanes, 29, of New Haven, was charged with robbery by carjacking, first-degree stalking/violating court order, violation of a protective order and second-degree breach of peace.

Nov. 20

Richard D. River, 38, of New Haven, was charged with second-degree breach of peace.

Nov. 21

George William Costeines, 79, of Branford, was charged with creating a public disturbance.

Mary F. Howard, 65, of Branford, was charged with creating a public disturbance.

Nov. 23

Arthur K. Hall, 40, of Branford, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Paige Farrington Swift, 28, of Branford, was charged with disorderly conduct.
