Nov. 11

Teena M. Santiago, 38, of Branford, was charged with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol and reckless driving.

Nov. 12

Robert Rintoul, 53, of Branford, was charged with violation of a protective order, second-degree breach of peace, and third-degree strangulation/suffocation.

Mia Pinto, 55, of Branford, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Philip Cammarano, 38, of Branford, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Kristian Young, 31, of East Haven, was charged with engaging in a police pursuit.
