Brian Velez, 37, of West Hartford, was charged with third-degree forgery and criminal attempt/fifth-degree larceny.

Kevin J. Chandler, 39, of North Haven, was charged with two counts of sixth-degree larceny.
Oct. 16

Dominic John Sorbo, 31, of Branford, was charged with first-degree threatening/with hazard to terrorize, first-degree reckless endangerment, second-degree unlawful restraint and disorderly conduct.
Oct. 17
Terrence Davis, 40, of New Haven, was charged with possession of narcotics with intent to sell and operation of a drug factory.
Headley George Martin, 20, of East Haven, was charged with first-degree reckless endangerment, second-degree breach of peace, third-degree assault, reckless driving, engaging in a police pursuit.
Oct. 19
Markeda Verner, 29, of Branford, was charged with second-degree violation of conditional release and disorderly conduct.
Oct. 20
Jaylon E. Keys, 20, of New Haven, was charged with third-degree burglary and third-degree criminal mischief.
