Peter Henri Phaneuf, 63, of Branford was charged with second-degree threatening with physical threat, disorderly conduct and second-degree failure to appear.

Elvin A. Leiva-Ortiz, 35, of Branford, was charged with risk of injury to a child and fourth-degree sexual assault.
Shane Hawkins, 47, of Branford, was charged with second-degree threatening with physical threat and disorderly conduct.
Nov. 4
Sally Rebecca Vause, 41, of Branford, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Luke C. Whitmore, 37, of Branford, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and walking on a roadway while intoxicated.
Daisy Fontanez, 44, of Branford, was charged with disorderly conduct.
Nov. 6
Okieffe T. Clarke, 26, of Branford, was charged with first-degree unlawful restraint, first-degree strangulation/suffocation, second-degree threatening with physical threat, and disorderly conduct.
Nov. 7
William S. Lazine, 52, of Branford, was charged with second-degree threatening with physical threat and second-degree harassment.
Molly Forrest Free, 64, of New Haven, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass.
