Arthur Northrop, 27, of Branford, was charged with third-degree strangulation/suffocation and disorderly conduct.

Lisa E. Dewitt, 70, of Branford, was charged with creating a public disturbance.

Sept. 18

Christopher Esposito, 52, of Branford, was charged with second-degree breach of peace.

Sept. 19

Michael S. Mason, 40, of Branford, was charged with interfering with an officer/resisting arrest.

Sept. 20

Tyrom Alexis Nieves, 24, of Columbia, SC, was charged with violation of a standing criminal protective order and second-degree criminal trespass.

Sept. 22

Jahiem Winston Bent, 22, of Hartford, was charged with conspiracy to commit first-degree larceny.

Richard M. Bunnell, 72, of Branford, was charged with first-degree sexual assault.

Sarah Lukuga Gabriel, 20, of Branford, was charged with second-degree threatening and disorderly conduct.
