Sept. 23

Derek Alexander Gonzalez, 23, of Branford, was charged with violation of a protective order, second-degree threatening, third-degree criminal mischief, and disorderly conduct.

Sept. 25

Dylan Michael Cassidy, 29, of Fairfield, was charged with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Leroy Brown, 75, of New Rochelle, NY, was charged with second-degree larceny, second=degree identity theft, third-degree forgery and criminal impersonation.

Sept. 27

Michael Thomas Gaines, 18, of Branford, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Emerson Lynn Kehlenbach, 19, of Killingworth, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Sept. 28

David Garcia, 23, of Las Vegas, was charged with larceny of a motor vehicle, third-degree criminal mischief and third-degree burglary.

Police provide all information. Charges are allegations, not convictions. All are presumed innocent unless proven guilty.
