Branford Police Department Welcomes Its Newest Officer To The Beat
A veteran of the Marine Corps who rose to the rank of sergeant, Trever Mitchell-Carter graduated in the 380th class at POST.

BRANFORD, CT — The Branford Police Department introduced Trever Mitchell-Carter, a new officer, to in its Patrol Division.
Officer Mitchell-Carter is a graduate of Vinal Technical High School in Middletown, where he focused on Automotive. After high school, he joined the Marine Corps and, promoted to the Rank of Sergeant E5, he spent time on multiple aircraft carriers and traveled to all coasts of the United States.
After his honorable discharge, he began working at BMW of Bridgeport as a technician.
Two years, later he's joined Branford police having graduated in the 380th class at POST.

Officer Mitchell-Carter likes to mountain bike and work on cars.
