Branford Police, Lenny's Restaurant Partner for 'Tip-A-Cop' Fundraiser

The fundraiser marks the 25th anniversary of Connecticut's longest-running Tip-A-Cop.

The Branford Police Department and Lenny’s Restaurant will host its Tip-A-Cop fundraiser on Monday, June 6 from noon until closing. This year marks the 25th anniversary of Connecticut’s longest-running Tip-A-Cop.

In addition to Lenny’s fabulous lunch and dinner specials, Branford Police Officerswill volunteer their time waiting on tables, serving food and raffling several wonderful prizes that have been donated by many of Branford’s local businesses.

Officer Josef Herten, who spearheads the event with fellow Sergeant, Stosh Konesky, said, “We are honored to be part of this 25th anniversary Tip-A-Cop and would like to thank the Conlin family for their unwavering and gracious support for the past 25 years.”

All proceeds generated from Tip-A-Cop will be donated to Connecticut Special Olympics in support of their critical mission to enrich the lives of our Special Olympian athletes.
