Branford Republicans Choose First Selectman Candidate

First Selectman James B. “Jamie” Cosgrove has been endorsed by Branford’s Republicans to run for his second term this November as the party’s incumbent candidate, according to the Shore Publication.

Cosgrove will run with incumbent Selectman Joseph Higgins, the Publication reports.

The 2015 municipal candidate slate was also approved at last night’s Republican caucus, and it will include many other officials currently elected in the town’s Republican-majority government, the Publication reports.
