Heads-Up: Police Hold Training At Former Chowder Pot Site Through Friday, Expect 'Simulated' Police Action
At 560 E. Main site, you may see police cars, uniformed officers, simulated activity but it's a training; there's no public safety concern.
BRANFORD, CT — The Branford Police Department is conducting training at the site of the former Chowder Pot location, 560 East Main St.
The daily training exercise from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., is underway and will continue through Friday, police noted.
"You may see police vehicles, uniformed officers and simulated activity," police noted. "This is a planned training and there is no public safety concern."
