Obituary: Nancy L. Iannotti, 87, of Branford
She was a Clinical Trail Specialist at Yale Medical School, volunteer teacher, Garden Club member, tennis teacher and Yankees & UConn fan.
Nancy L. Iannotti, age 87 of Branford passed away on April 15, 2024 in New Haven, CT.
She was the daughter of the late Matilda (Tille) and Andrew (Andy) Trocchio, and wife of the late Anthony (Tony) Iannotti Jr. She was a graduate of St. Mary’s High School in New Haven and Quinnipiac College, where she earned a degree in Clinical Health Sciences and competed in Softball and Volleyball. She worked at Yale University for more than twenty-five years as a Clinical Trail Specialist at Yale Medical School and retired working as an Installation and Repair Coordinator in the university’s telecommunications department.

During her retirement she served as a volunteer kindergarten teacher at St. Mary’s school in Branford. She was a member of the High Lane Club in North Haven where she played tennis and served as a tennis instructor, was a member of the Branford Garden Club and served as the membership chairperson. She was an avid New York Yankees and UConn basketball fan. Nancy was best known for her jovial and expressive personality, sense of humor, enthusiasm, kindness, to offer her advice and opinion, and for her Love of family and friends.
She was a Clinical Trail Specialist at Yale Medical School, volunteer teacher, taught tennis, was a Garden Club member and Yankees & UConn fan.

Nancy is survived by sons Drewe Iannotti of Ormond Beach Florida and Chuck Iannotti of Branford, grandson James Anthony Iannotti of Guilford, and sister-in-law Lucie Iannotti of Branford.
Friends are welcome to attend a memorial Mass and celebration of her life on June 8, 2024, 10:00 AM at St. John Bosco Parish in St. Mary Church in Branford.
