Obituary: Sally Lou (Connors) Page, 92, of Branford
A lifelong active Stony Creek Congregational Church member, she helped her husband run the family business, Page's Sport Shop for 35 years.
Sally Lou (Connors) Page, age 92, of Branford, passed away peacefully with family members by her side on February 28, 2024. Sally was the daughter of the late Gertrude Connors and George Willetts, and wife of the late Bernard H. Page. Sally is survived by her brother Darby (Terry) Connors and sister Patti (Kenny) Inman. Sally was a devoted mother to her four children, Pam Megquier (Ron), Gary Page, Jeff Page (Gina Macdonald), and Jill Scoville (Greg), a loving grandmother to Elissa (John) Sawyer, Elliot Megquier, Connor (Tiffany) Page, Brendan (Chelsea) Page, Bridget (Greg) Peters, Rachel and Shannon Page, Bradley (Catie) Scoville, Jared (Rachel) Scoville, and her 12 great-grandchildren.
Sally was a lifelong active member of the Stony Creek Congregational Church and she served numerous roles from Sunday School teacher to Philonians to Missions Committee. Sally helped her husband, Bernie, run the family business Page’s Sport Shop for 35 years and also worked as a caregiver for many years.

Her greatest joy in life was raising her family and spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was a very kind and gentle person. Everyone who knew her understood just how proud she was of her family. Sally will be deeply missed by her family and her church family.
Her family will receive friends on Monday March 4, 2024 from 10:00 – 11:00 at the Stony Creek Congregational Church, 192 Thimble Island Road, Stony Creek, with a funeral service at 11:00. Burial will follow in Stony Creek Cemetery.
