'One Of The Most Hardworking People': Branford Star Student

We all know students who excel in academic, fine arts or volunteer service. Here's one local resident who is having an impact in Branford.

This submission comes from Morgan Hackley who nominated her friend Adaline, a 10th grader in Branford.

BRANFORD, CT — Star Students are found in classrooms, on concert and theater stages and at debate lecterns, and out in the community doing good things to make life better for all of us.

Here at Patch, we've launched an initiative to help recognize Star Students, and we’re working to tell the stories of these outstanding kids to their neighbors.

This submission comes from Morgan Hackley who nominated her friend Adaline, a 10th grader in Branford.

Why do you believe the star local student should be recognized?

Addie is one of the most hardworking people you could ever meet. Addie does all honors and AP classes and is a high honors student. While doing all this she goes to two schools. Her second one being for dance. After she goes to her second school of the day you will find her at our dance studio where she performs and is an assistant teacher, or doing college classes at gateway. She’s an incredibly hardworking individual who is driven by her dream of being successful and making it to brown. She’s always willing to help those around he and is one of the least judge mental people you will ever meet.

What's one thing you want everyone to know about the star local student?

While going to two schools, a dance studio, doing college classes at gateway, being a class officer, and a high honors student she still finds time to run her charity where she collects cans to donate to organizations. (One being the community dining room here in Branford.)

Congratulations on your achievements, and all of our best wishes to you in the future, Adaline!
