After being open only a few weeks, En-Tray has already made a name for itself, gaining over 500 Facebook likes and adding new members to their team.
Store owners Melissa Nicholson and Shelly Johnson told the Branford Seven that they saw a need for prepared meals in town and decided to create a market for it.

En-Tray is pick-up only, the Seven reports, serving meal options for different meals throughout the day and for many different food-related needs, including salads, entrees and desserts; custom cakes and desserts can be ordered a week in advance. Baked goods can be seen on-shelf in stores around town, including Brunello’s and P&M Deli, the Seven reports.
Their menu includes standard meals ranging from pastas to seafood to steak at prices between $8 and $12, including gluten free and vegan options, which are reportedly selling well, according to the Seven. Chefs develop new creations regularly.
