A Patch reader wrote in to say there's a sweet 2 1/2 year old male black cat with green eyes that she's been feeding since late June. He has his shots, is beautiful and friendly, she says. He does, however, have FIV, which means he has to be an indoor cat, or live with cats with the same thing. It can only be transmitted by a bite to another cat.
