17 People Displaced By Bridgeport Fire: Officials
The structure fire occurred on Broad Street.

BRIDGEPORT, CT — A structure fire Tuesday in Bridgeport has left 17 people temporarily displaced, according to fire officials.
No injuries were reported in the noon fire in the 200 block of Broad Street, which is under investigation by the Bridgeport Fire Marshal's Office.
"Upon arrival, [firefighters] located a fire on the second floor, which was extinguished within 20 minutes," said Shawnna White, the city's Public Information Officer, in a statement.

The displaced 12 adults and five children are being helped by the American Red Cross.
