Bridgeport Public Schools And CT State Housatonic To Open Centralized Registration Center
The center is expected to open before the 2025–26 school year.
BRIDGEPORT, CT — Bridgeport Public Schools is partnering with CT State Housatonic to open a Central Registration Center aimed at simplifying student enrollment and expanding access to district services, officials announced.
The center, expected to open before the 2025–26 school year, will be located on the CT State Housatonic campus at 900 Lafayette Boulevard. The initiative is intended to serve as a central hub for families registering students in the district, offering help with enrollment, student placement, health and transportation referrals, and access to district services.
District officials say the center will also coordinate with departments such as Special Education, Multilingual Learners, and Homeless Services to provide comprehensive support from the outset of a student’s enrollment.
