BRIDGEPORT, CT — An unnamed Bridgeport resident is $86,297 richer this week after claiming a winning CASH5 lottery ticket that was purchased locally, the Connecticut Lottery announced.
On Monday, the person claimed the winning ticket, which was bought at Stanley Foodmart on Huntington Turnpike.
The Connecticut Lottery publishes partial winner information as public record, according to officials.

According to the lottery, CASH5 is a pari-mutuel game that carries a top prize of $100,000.
Wagers cost $1 each, and while odds vary, to win the top prize the odds are 1 in 324,632.
