Bridgeport's Hub And Spoke Restaurant Closes

BRIDGEPORT, CT — Bridgeport's Hub and Spoke restaurant closed over the weekend after eight years.

"It’s with heavy hearts that we share the news that our beloved storytelling home base for 7 years is closing its doors on 12/17!" the storytelling collective, We Rise, wrote on Facebook.

The collective called the Hub and Spoke its home for seven of the restaurant's eight years. Additionally, Three Rivers Amusements also hosted trivia nights at the eatery.

Hub and Spoke's owners did not say what led to the closure of the Fairfield Avenue spot, but they thanked their customers for the support.

"It’s been a joy being part of this community for the last 8 years," they wrote on Facebook. "Thanks for the memories!"
