BRIDGEPORT, CT — When times are tough, heroes emerge. We all know someone who's making a difference right now as we live through unprecedented and changing times.

Here at Patch, we've launched an initiative to help recognize these heroes making a difference in their communities. Together with Ring, we’re working to let all your neighbors know about these outstanding people and their stories.

Hero's job: Volunteer

Relationship to nominee: From my church

Reason for recognition: Robert Taylor volunteers at the food pantry and make deliveries to people that a handicap and can’t get out to the food pantry specifically because of the pandemic.

One thing to know: Robert Taylor and his wife Carolyn both are caring about the elderly and the handicap. They care if these people eat during this time and even before this time.
