The Technical Assistance Team, appointed by the Connecticut State Board of Education, is a group of education experts specializing in district operations, finance, special education, and governance. Their role is to provide guidance and targeted support to help BPS address challenges and drive sustainable improvements.
For Bridgeport, this means added expertise to strengthen financial stability, enhance instructional practices, and ensure students—especially those with special education needs—receive the support they deserve. This partnership will help us build a more effective,
