2 Seriously Injured In Brookfield Motorcycle Crash: Police
The crash involving a car and a motorcycle shut down traffic along Candlewood Lake Road for several hours Sunday.
BROOKFIELD, CT — A motorcyclist and their passenger were seriously injured following a crash, involving an automobile, in Brookfield Sunday afternoon.
Officers from the Brookfield Police Department were called to the area of 505 Candlewood Lake Road a few minutes before 5 p.m.
The passenger on the motorcycle was taken to Danbury Hospital Emergency Department for treatment of Life-threatening injuries. The cyclist was hospitalized for serious injuries, according to a report from the BPD.

The investigation into the crash, which closed the road for several hours Sunday, remains ongoing. Police are asking anyone with more information to call Officer Brian Flanagan at 203-775-2575.
