21-Year-Old 'Erratic Driver' Caught With Syringes, Drug Paraphernalia
A 21-year-old Brookfield man was arrested when police pulled him over for driving erratically and found him with drug paraphernalia.

BROOKFIELD, CT — A 21-year-old Brookfield erratic driver was caught with syringes and drug paraphernalia and arrested when Wilton police pulled him over, police said. Matthew Augustine was observed on Route 7 near Cannon Road in Wilton and found that the license plate on his vehicle did match registration records.
Augustine was arrested on July 26, 2016 and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, misuse of marker plates and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
This was not Augustine's first brush with the law. In 2013 he was arrested for drinking and driving and fifth degree larceny and in 2015 he was arrested for disorderly conduct.
