Brookfield Bowling Alley Hits Market Months After Fire
A longtime Brookfield bowling alley is up for sale following a fire in January. The site includes a full bar, kitchen, and 32 lanes.

BROOKFIELD, CT — A local bowling alley, closed since a fire, is now listed on the real estate market for $2.8 million.
Strikers of Brookfield, located at 840 Federal Road, was added to the listings of sites for sale on the industrial real estate hub CREXI on March 26.
Brookfield emergency services teams were called to evacuate people and extinguish a fire in the building early on the morning of January 14. The blaze had centered around an exterior air conditioning unit that had filled the building with smoke. The fire was stopped before it could spread to the main structure, or to neighboring buildings.
