Brookfield Budget Referendum Details Released
Here are the five questions Brookfield residents will be asked to vote on at an upcoming referendum.

BROOKFIELD, CT — Town residents will be asked to vote on five specific questions at an upcoming budget referendum.
Residents will be asked to approve $55,439,392 to fund the Board of Education budget. You can also weigh in on whether you think the school budget is too high, adequate or too low.
Residents will also be asked to approve the town operations budget of $35,736,382 and once again you can weigh in on whether you think the town budget is too high, adequate or too low.

The final question deals with capital improvement projects, and residents are asked to approve $3,302,252 to fund the upgrades.
The referendum is scheduled for May 20.
