Brookfield Library Invites Children to Journaling Club
The library's Journaling Club, open to children in grades 2-5, will be held Thursday, May 5 from 5-6 p.m.

Thursday, May 5, from 5-6 p.m., Brookfield Library will host its Journaling Club for children in grades 2-5.
Journal keeping is a remarkably valuable activity for children that hones language skills and allows opportunities for non-verbal expression. And it's fun!

This month, we will be learning about play-writing. Some of our journalists will be sharing stories that they have written since last month.
Returning children are asked to bring their journals that were given to them. Our "newbies" will be given a journal to take and make their own.

There is no fee for this program, just the requirement to bring your imagination.
Registration is required to attend and available through the Brookfield Library website, by phone via (203) 775-6241 or in person at the library's checkout desk.
