I am currently on the Capital Committee.
Why are you seeking this office?
I am seeking this office because I feel that given my business background, I can be a valuable asset to the Board of Finance.
The single most pressing issue facing my constituents is ____, and this is what I intend to do about it:
The single most pressing issue facing Brookfield is putting in a new Police Station. I have seen the budget and how it works while being on the capital committee. I know that a new police station is not going to happen overnight. I know I can help come up with a long-term plan to make sure we get that new Police Station while still keeping taxes in check for Brookfield residents.
What are the major differences between you and the other candidates seeking this post?
Having a 20 year career in Finance/Sales. I help people budget their own finances and ensure that they can qualify for the biggest purchase of their lives.
What other issues do you intend to address during your campaign?
The overall development of Brookfield. Whether it is overdeveloped in some spots or the lack of development when it comes to youth sports fields and parks.
What accomplishments in your past would you cite as evidence you can handle this job?
From my professional perspective, I am working with others constantly to problem solve and develop relationships. My job is 100% commission so, if I am not looked at as a trusted advisor to people, I won't succeed in my industry. From the personal side, I volunteer countless hours to youth sports in Brookfield. That has allowed me to interact with residents both young and old. I feel based on doing that for the past 6 years I know what the majority of the people in town want out of Brookfield.
What is the best advice anyone ever gave you?
Whatever you do in life, do it 100% and with passion.
Is there anything else you would like voters to know about yourself and your positions?
My family and I moved to Brookfield in 2019. Since then we have fully embraced the town and everything it has to offer. My wife and I are raising our 3 children in Brookfield and we just want to see the town reach its full potential. We love Brookfield and are fully committed to helping the town succeed.
