The single most pressing issue is the balancing of rising costs (inflation, school funding needs, infrastructure, debt service) with the community's expectation of reasonable taxes
What are the major differences between you and the other candidates seeking this post?
I've managed budgets in the independent and chain pharmacy settings giving me the skills to oversee town finances. I understand both the importance of fiscal responsibility and the need to invest wisely in schools, safety, and infrastructure.
What accomplishments in your past would you cite as evidence you can handle this job?
I've successfully managed budgets in retail pharmacy balancing efficiency with quality of care and taking those skills to manage community clubs
