Canton To Host Screenings Of Film On Teen Substance Use

The showings of the documentary film 'Screenagers' are on Thursday, March 21, and Saturday, March 23.

CANTON, CT — Parents of Canton teens and preteens — along with their children — might want to check outtwo events next week hosted by the town's youth services bureau.

Canton Youth Services is hosting two screenings of the documentary film "Screenagers Under the Influence."

The topic of the film is "addressing vaping, drugs, and alcohol in the digital age."

Both showings are at the Canton Community Center, 40 Dyer Ave., Canton.

The first program is on Thursday, March 21, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., with the second showing taking place Saturday, March 23, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
