CANTON, CT — This week's trip to a Hidden Gem takes us to the historic Collinsville section of Canton and an entertainment venue that brings some of the best musical and comedy acts in the region to a cozy setting.

Welcome to Bridge Street Live.

Bridge Street Live is located at 41 Bridge St. in an art-deco styled building overlooking the Farmington River.

The entrance is located at the Double Doors under the curved 41 canopy. A full bar and snacks are available and smokers are even accommodated on the wrap-around decks.

Tickets are non-refundable ... and here's something you don't hear that much anymore — the venue is cash only.

Upcoming acts include the hard-driving blues sounds of Jeff Pitchell and Texas Flood and James Montgomery and Christine Ohlman. Montgomery, an original Shaboo all-star, is arguably one of the best harmonica players alive.
