Regional Health Department To Host Flu Shot Clinic In Canton

It is for residents of Avon; Barkhamsted; Canton; Colebrook; East Granby; Farmington; Granby; Hartland; New Hartford; and Simsbury.

CANTON, CT — A regional health department is hosting a special flu shot clinic in Canton on Wednesday, Nov. 13, with folks urged to register as soon as possible.

The Farmington Valley Health District, which is located at 95 River Road, Canton, is hosting the clinic, which will take place from 2 to 4:30 p.m.

The district serves the towns of Avon; Barkhamsted; Canton; Colebrook; East Granby; Farmington; Granby; Hartland; New Hartford; and Simsbury, with residents of those towns eligible to participate.

Supplies are limited, especially for the vaccine for those age 65 and older, so registration in advance is crucial, organizers said.
