Senior citizens frequently have balance issues and brittle bones, which not only increases the danger of falls but also the danger of serious injuries after them.
"After this two-day seminar, you will be equipped with the skills to help seniors in your community improve their strength, balance, coordination, and confidence," wrote the FVHD.
