WEATHER UPDATE: Stormy Weather Possible the Next Three Days
A Hazardous Weather Outlook has been issued for most of the state as thunderstorms and flooding concerns are possible through Thursday.

The next three days appear to be hot and humid and there is a chance for severe weather beginning today through Thursday evening, the National Weather Service forecasts for Connecticut.
If rain falls where you are, expect it to be heavy and to possibly lead to flooding concerns, the weather service predicts.
With thunderstorms, it’s a tricky forecast, as severe weather is forecast but it’s only a 50 percent chance for the state. So of course, that means certain areas won’t see any severe weather.

More severe weather is possible on Thursday for Fairfield County the weather service predicts, but flooding appears to be more of a concern on Wednesday then Thursday.
No advisories or watches have been issued for Hartford and Tolland counties but the chance of severe weather also exists there through Thursday. Again the chance for severe weather is around 50 percent for each day.
NBC Connecticut Chief Meteorologist Brad Field wrote on social media “oppressive humidity levels likely tomorrow and Wednesday but dry and comfortable again by Friday/Saturday.”
