Cheshire Chamber Holding Breakfast On Senior Health Challenges
The event is on Tuesday, June 11 and costs between $10 and $15 to attend.

On Saturday, June 7, the Cheshire Chamber of Commerce's Health and Wellness Council is having a breakfast at Elim Park that will serve as an informational session for seniors and caregivers.
The theme of the meeting will be "Seniors Health Challenges," and Josh Greene, the Director of Rehabilitation at Elim Park, will discuss home safety tips. Additionally, Barbara Womer, the Health and Wellness Director from Elim Park, will discuss good exercises for aging seniors and will give a hula hoop exercise demonstration.
The event, which runs from 8 to 9:15 a.m., is open to the public and costs $10 for members of the Cheshire Chamber of Commerce and $15 for non-members. To make reservations, call the Chamber at (203) 272-2345 or visit its website at www.cheshirechamber.org.
