QU Recognizes Employee Milestones

A number of Cheshire residents were among those honored during the university's annual ceremony held May 21.

Quinnipiac University recognized employees for reaching service milestones of ranging from 10 to 45 years during an annual ceremony held May 21, in the Athletics and Recreation Center on the Mount Carmel Campus.

The following employees from Cheshire were recognized:

45 years:

David Hall, of Cheshire, accounting secretary, administrative services;

Kent Marshall, of Cheshire, professor of chemistry;
35 years:

Kenneth Kaloustian, of Cheshire, professor of biology;

30 years:

David Cadden, of Cheshire, professor of management;

25 years:

Maria Jorge, of Cheshire, custodian;

Robert Young, of Cheshire, public services librarian.

20 years:

Creighton Myers, of Cheshire, master carpenter;

15 years:

Patricia Comitini, of Cheshire, associate professor of English;

Mary Duchesne, of Cheshire, part-time faculty;

Deborah Grady, of Cheshire, financial aid assistant/data management;

Teresa Tai, of Cheshire, associate professor of management;

Mark Thompson, of Cheshire, senior vice president for academic & student affairs;

Michaela Alexandru, of Cheshire, part-time faculty;

Robert Henry, of Cheshire, medical director/team physician;

Linda Jones, of Cheshire, custodian;
