Real Estate Agent Phil Giampietro Named To '100 Heroes Served Club'

The Cheshire sales associate was recently honored by Homes for Heroes.

Phil Giampietro, a sales associate affiliated with Coldwell Banker Realty in Cheshire, was recently honored by Homes for Heroes with entry into its 100 Heroes Served Club. When Giampietro works with clients who fit the Homes for Heroes criteria, he helps them directly through the program via a reduction in his own commission to provide money back on the buying or selling of their home. Thus far, he has given $250,076 to the charitable organization and helped 116 heroes, which includes firefighters, law enforcement, military, healthcare workers/EMS and teachers. Giampietro is the No. 1 donor in Connecticut.

You are joining an elite group of affiliates that have been inducted into the Homes for Heroes 100 Heroes Served Club!" Homes for Heroes wrote in a message to Giampietro. "That's a big deal not just for you but for all the heroes lives you've been able to positively impact. You should be so very proud."

Giampietro is a retired police sergeant who served 25 years, during which he was assigned mostly to accidents and investigations.
