This Week In Cheshire: Public Hearings, Dog Park Meeting and and "Seussical"
There's no shortage of things to do this week in town!

There's no shortage of things to do in town this week, ranging from the public hearing on the proposed hotel and development at the former Centerville Lumber to paving in Aljen Heights to all kinds of programs at the libraries and rec camps.
Here's what's going on:
On Monday the Cheshire Dog Park Committee meets at 7 p.m. at the Cheshire Parks and Recreation building
Also on Monday, the Planning and Zoning Commission will again take up the application of Cheshire Route 10 LLC for a large retain and residential development on Highland Avenue at the entrance to I-691. The meeting starts with a public hearing at 7:30 p.m. in the Cheshire Town Hall Council Chambers.
On Wednesday, the Water Pollution Control Authority meets at 7:30 p.m. at the Town Hall Council Chambers.
On Thursday, the American Automobile Association will host a free "Maximize Your Social Security Benefits" information workshop that will help participants maximize, project, and protect their Social Security and other retirement income.
The workshop will be held at 6 p.m. at Elim Park, 140 Cook Hill Road.
The Cheshire Youth Theater presents "Seussical the Musical" Thursday through Saturday at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday at 2 p.m. at the Cheshire High School auditorium.
