Two Cars Stolen In Cheshire This Weekend; Others "Rummaged" Through

Cheshire Police are urging residents to lock their car doors after two cars were stolen this weekend in town, and several others were "rummaged" through.

Saturday night and Sunday morning, two cars were stolen and several others were rummaged through in the area of Contour Drive, Brook Lane, Pleasant Drive and Glen Court, according to The Cheshire Citizen. All of the cars that were either stolen or rummaged through were unlocked, according to The Citizen.

The Cheshire Police Department is calling the event "isolated," but they reminded residents to lock their car doors - even in their driveways, according to The Cheshire Citizen.
