CLINTON, CT β€” On Nov. 4, Clinton residents cast their votes for several key municipal positions in town. Here's everything you need to know about the upcoming municipal election.

Election Day polling hours and locations

Polls in Connecticut are open 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Election Day. You can use the Secretary of State’s website to find your polling place. Voters who are in line by 8 p.m. will be allowed to vote.

Same day voter registration

If you are not registered, but want to vote on Election Day, you may register in person on Election Day at your Election Day Registration site People must be registered by 8 p.m. in order to vote using Election Day registration.

Town Council, Vote for up to three

The Democratic candidates are Carrie F. Allen and Chris Passante, and the Republican candidates are Jeremiah Dunn and Michael Shove.


Board of Education Full Term, Not More than Two from One Party, Vote for Up to Four

The Democratic candidates are Jason M. Feeney and Erica S. Gelven and the Republican candidates are Lawrence C. Pilcher and Matt Guarnieri


Board of Assessment Appeals, Vote for One

The Democratic candidate is James H. Segaloff and the Republican candidate is Gail G. Henrick


Board of Assessment Appeals Alternate, Vote for One

The candidate is Jeffrey C. Barske, Republican


Planning and Zoning Commission, Vote for Up to Five

The Democratic candidates are Cinzia S. Lettieri, Michael J. Rossi and Ellen Dahlgren, and the Republican candidates are Mike Florio and Walter Beau Clark


Planning and Zoning Commission Alternate, Vote for One

The Democratic candidate is Susan J. Marcus and the Republican candidate is Andrew V. Randi


Zoning Board of Appeals, Vote for Up to Three

The Democratic candidates are Laurie Jaffe and Terri O'Rourke, and the Republican candidates are Joseph Alves and Wayne R. Buchanan


Zoning Board of Appeals Alternate, Vote for Up to Two
