Clinton Mixed-Use Investment Property Recently Sold

CLINTON, CT — A 3,800-square-foot Clinton mixed-use investment property was recently sold, according to a release from Michael Richetelli, president and designated broker of Colonial Properties, Inc.

Richetelli represented the seller, Liberato Pelosi, in the sale of 120 E. Main St. in Clinton. The multi-tenant property was sold for $575,000. The buyer, Matt Hikmet Sahintepe, was represented by Jacqueline Hoyt of Coldwell Banker Realty in East Lyme. The seller’s attorney was Norman Fishbein in Wallingford.

Richetelli also represented the Landlord, Parkway Plaza, Inc. in the leasing of a 2,000-square-foot retail unit located in Orange Commons Plaza at 297 Boston Post Road in Orange to R&R Supplements dba Foundation for a five-year lease term.
