Clinton Police Blotter July 18-25

The following information was provided by the Clinton Police Department's public arrest logs. An arrest does not constitute a conviction and all defendants are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Thursday, July 18

William Henry Dumas, 34, of 120 Glenwood Road, Clinton, was charged with operation of a motor vehicle when registration or license is refused/suspended. 

Saturday, July 20

Brian G. Young, 55, of 2 Sandgate Circle, Madison, was charged with operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol, failure to display/return/improper use/obstruct/damage display plates/inserts, failure to carry license. 

Lynne A. Butkiewicz, 56, of 31 Newtown Street, Kensington, was charged with operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol, failure to drive in proper lane: multiple-lane highway, possession of controlled substance: narcotics, and narcotics kept only in original container.

Kristin N. Smith-Hutchins, 37, of 73 West Main Street, Clinton, was charged with criminal violation of a restraining order: non-threatening. 

Monday, July 22

Jason Martin, 32, of 27 Valley Road, Clinton, was charged with larceny in the 5th degree: all other larceny.

Tuesday, July 23

Allison Michelle Lamarche, 19, of 38 Little Creek Lane, Westbrook, was charged with possession of alcohol by a minor in any public or private location other than street or highway.

Wednesday, July 24

Christopher Arthur Rasmussen, 50, of 9 Woods Lane, Clinton, was charged with two counts of larceny in the 6th degree: all other larceny, and two counts of issuing a bad check.

Michael P. Hackley, 22, of 20 Bright Hill Drive, Clinton, was charged with four counts of burglary in the 3rd degree- from a motor vehicle, two counts of larceny in the 6th degree: from a motor vehicle, two counts of criminal attempt to commit, criminal mischief in the 3rd degree, disorderly conduct: fight/cause/capable of causing, and criminal trespass in the 2nd degree.
