First-Time Home Buyer Seminar in Clinton

First Niagara Bank today announced it will host an upcoming seminar for first-time home buyers in Clinton. The seminars are free of charge and open to the public, and will be led by Ligia Blanchard a Mortgage Consultant with First Niagara.

Ligia Blanchard will discuss general information about the home buying process and home loan programs. She will also be available for questions following the presentation. The seminar will also feature guest speaker Attorney Anthony DeChello from North Haven, who will be discussing the process associated with closing on a property.

Blanchard has been helping customers achieve their home ownership goals since 2013 when she joined First Niagara Bank. Prior to working at First Niagara, she worked for Bank of America for 15 years in addition to Southern Connecticut Gas.
