Golf Cart Public Hearing To Be Held In Clinton

The town is considering a regulation that would allow the operation of golf carts on certain roads in Clinton.

CLINTON, CT β€” (From Town of Clinton): The Clinton Local Traffic Authority will be holding a meeting in the Community Room of Clinton Police Headquarters, 170 East Main Street, Clinton Connecticut, on Monday, April 25, at 6 p.m., to hear comments from the public concerning the possible implementation of a regulation which would allow the operation of golf carts on the following streets:

Mohawk Drive

Iroquois Drive

The purpose of this meeting is solely to hear public comment on the issue. A copy of the proposed regulation, allowable under Connecticut General State Statute 14-300(g), is available on the town’s website or at the Town Clerk’s office.
