Greentree Manor Responds to Patient Incident Involving Fentanyl
The person involved is no longer a resident of Greentree Manor.
On Nov. 17, 2023, a member of the Greentree Manor discovered evidence of fentanyl in a former resident’s room. Greentree Manor immediately notified the Waterford police, who have been conducting an investigation. The person involved in the incident is no longer a resident of Greentree Manor.
No other residents or staff members had access to the medication.
Greentree Manor continues to work with the authorities, and management expressed appreciation for their prompt attention to the matter.
