Home Buying Seminar Being Offered At Clinton Library

What’s the biggest single transaction you’ve made in your life?  For many, it’s the purchase of their home.  Emotions connected with buying a home can be overwhelming, making it critical that the process be well understood. 

On September 11, Guilford Savings Bank will assemble experts from various stages of the home buying process under one roof for an informative discussion, aimed to educate and empower future homebuyers.  With this seminar, attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions and speak to professionals specializing in real estate, mortgage lending, credit reporting, law and home inspection.

“We want to educate potential homebuyers, so when they enter the marketplace they’re ready and well-informed,” explained Bob Carmody, SVP Lending, Guilford Savings Bank.  “We know that the home buying process can be complex, but we don’t want that to stop anyone from realizing their dreams.  Education is key and can make the process much easier.”
