During an earlier job fair in Clinton, ten people were hired. Godiva hopes to hire a total of 40, said Chloe Zanardi of Westaff, who is helping to coordinate the hiring effort. Zanardi said she is seeking, in particular, candidates who will be available for the first (8 orΒ 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 or 5 p.m.)Β and second shift (or 4:30 or 5 p.m. to about 11 p.m.)
Zanardi said it is a perfect job for new mothers trying to get back into work part-time andΒ that it is perfect for people who want a little extra cash during the holidays. She said the ideal candidate will be computer savvy, and like talking with people with good customer service skills. Good typing accuracy is a plus.Β
There will be training sessions, for which the job candidates will be paid.Β
Zanardi asked that potential candidates please bring a resume.Β
