Kathleen Barrett, a Language Arts teacher at Morgan will be studying Mandarin for six weeks this summer thanks to a scholarship granted by the American Council on the Teaching of Foreign Languages.
The district published the news on its website, saying also that Barrett will participate in a Chinese residential program at Hamilton College for two weeks
