Pleasant Valley Road Bridge To Close On Nov. 15

The Town of Clinton’s Department of Public Works is announcing the road closure of a section of Pleasant Valley Road just west of its border with Westbrook, CT. This closure will be in effect beginning November 15th through the summer of 2021 allowing for the replacement of an existing masonry bridge structure. Detours will be in place and the road closed from the intersection with CT RTE 145 and Breakneck Hill Rd to the East thru Pleasant Valley Road West to its intersection with Carter Hill Road. Local one-way traffic will be allowed for homeowner, commercial, emergency and Town access during said period.
