'She Is The Most Selfless Person': Clinton Star Student Athlete

CLINTON, CT — We all know student athletes who also bring their A-game to other parts of their lives.

Why do you believe the star student athlete should be recognized?

Grace has been a through a rough few years after her father suffered a life changing stroke where he could no longer work or care for himself. She knew the most important thing to him was that she tried her best academically and athletically. When she was not at school, she would be home helping her parents, cooking for her father and driving him to his many doctor appointments. She has maintained her grades and has been recruited to play lacrosse in college after she graduates. She has been a volunteer at her school managing the school football team, peer mentor and student ambassador program.

What's one thing you want everyone to know about the star student athlete?

She is the most selfless person and the most dedicated athlete and friend. She gets more excited about her teammates accomplishments than her own.
